About us

For our client in pharmazeutic industry located in Friesoythe we are looking for a system administrator (m/f/x) in temp-to-perm with the chance of being made permanent later on.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for HW stock maintenance and proper Asset Management
• Support users in case of local solution of incidents and requests as well as forward those in case of global responsibility
• Understands the product model structure within Technology Infrastructure Operations & Experience and triage the product owners for product delivery
• Collaborates effectively with various IT departments and Facility management and ensures on boarding of new employees
• Ensure effective collaboration with all IT colleagues on and above site
• Support onsite meetings
• Operates and deliver hardware to users in collaboration with the site lead
• support implementation on infrastructure locally (e.g. "smart hand" for global Network, Shopfloor Management and printing)

Your profile

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Math, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience
• At least two years of work experience
• Excelent English skills
• Knowledge of the German language preferable
• Strong understanding of the IT service catalogue and the roles & responsibilities attributed to all IT departments
• Understanding and effectively communicating across multiple languages and cultures
• Understands characteristics of the current IT environment and actively identifies opportunities for improvement of user experience
