- Collaborate with QA, design team, and production to establish and maintain a standardized fit process
- Review and approve samples from prototype, salesman sample, size set to pre-production (PP), and production stages according to defined technical specifications and safety requirements
- Manage fit tests on dummies, adjust patterns, and size specifications
- Evaluate factory size specifications and grading, and oversee improvement actions
- Liaise with factories regarding brand fit requirements and provide technical advice and solutions
- Work closely with Design and Merchandising to meet sample turnaround time
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Clothing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an international environment
- Experience in knit or cut & sewn for menswear, womenswear, and kids
- Strong knowledge of fabric, sewing, garment fitting, grading, pattern making, and garment production
- Proficiency in textile wet processing
- Familiarity with performance and outerwear construction and functionality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adept team player
- Proficient in verbal and written business English, German language skills are advantageous
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, and eager to learn
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizing, coordination, and planning skills
- Adobe Illustrator knowledge is advantageous
