    Bei Heisterkamp Trailer Rental handelt es sich um ein Unternehmen, das auf die Vermietung von Anhängern in ganz Europa spezialisiert ist. Mit einer Flotte von mehr als 8.000 Anhängern haben wir uns in den Niederlanden, Deutschland, Belgien, Schweden, Rumänien und Spanien etabliert. Unsere Kunden können einen Anhänger für einen kurzen Zeitraum oder für einen längeren Zeitraum (mehrere Jahre) mieten. Die Anhänger werden nach den Spezifikationen des Kunden und/oder seinem eigenen Stil geliefert. Wir bieten unseren Kunden ein Full-Service-Paket an und sorgen dafür, dass sich unsere Kunden rund um den Anhänger keine Sorgen machen müssen.

    Beschreibung der Position

    Wir suchen einen Unternehmer, der unser deutsches Unternehmen als neuer Country Manager weiterentwickeln möchte. Ihre Herausforderung: Die Heisterkamp Trailer Rental GmbH mit Hauptsitz in Lübeck ist in den letzten Jahren stark gewachsen und wir wollen auch in Zukunft weiterwachsen. Um dies zu realisieren und unsere Ziele zu erreichen, suchen wir einen Country Manager (m/w/d) in Deutschland.

    Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

    • Beaufsichtigung der Betriebs- und Vertriebsaktivitäten in Deutschland
    • Verantwortlich für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung in Deutschland
    • Beteiligung an der Zusammenarbeit zwischen allen Heisterkamp Trailer Rental Unternehmen
    • Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Pläne zur Erreichung der Geschäftsziele und zur Förderung des Umsatzwachstums
    • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Steigerung des Marktanteils im Land und Sicherstellung der Erreichung der Geschäftsziele
    • Führung und Management des lokalen operativen Teams, Förderung einer hohen Leistungskultur, Verantwortlichkeit und Zusammenarbeit
    • Identifizierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten in der Region und Entwicklung strategischer Partnerschaften zum Ausbau der Präsenz des Unternehmens
    • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu hochwertigen Kunden und Partnern, Aushandlung von Verträgen und Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit

    Vorausgesetzte Qualifikationen

    • Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Geschäftsentwicklung und in der Transportbranche
    • Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz in Positionen in der Transportbranche mit dem Erreichen festgelegter Geschäftsziele
    • Kernwerte: unternehmerisch, zuverlässig, leidenschaftlich, enthusiastisch und engagiert
    • Gute Kenntnisse in der Branche und authentisches Gespür für die Kundenbedürfnisse
