    TheDirector of Materials (DMS) EMEA is responsibleto create, articulate and support Pall's DMS Strategy throughoutthe materials teams globally, with responsibility for their region.The DMS Director with do this by working with and providingdirection for Materials Mangers on-site to tailor and then executethe PFEP based on Regional/Market nuance, with a goal to create aresponsive end-to-end supply chain environment working with ourStrategic Sourcing partners. The DMS Director is responsible forthe dotted line management of the Materials Managers, providingsupport for their teams and direction on processes to ensurestandards and alignment to the Pall's Global Strategy for DMS andCommodities. This role is an onsite position in Bad Kreuznach,Germany and is part of the Global Integrated Supply ChainTeam.

    In this role,you will have the opportunityto:

    • Deploy sitegoals and targets by aligning global targets for materialsmanagers
    • Develop PFEPstandards & planning strategies and a holistic end-to-endplanning process.
    • Support& Maintain the Global AOSdeployment.
    • Develop PFEPstandards aligned to Global commodity strategies and feedback tothe sourcing team to support and influence supplier decisions thatimpact inventory & servicelevels.
    • Drive IMAG Tools& Standards ensuring problem-solving processes andresolution.
    • Drive use ofKanban & DMS throughout MaterialsOrganization.
    • Assign SMARTInventory goals to Materials teams globally working with Financeand sourcing, using Pall DMS Tools and Bestpractices.

    Theessential requirements of the jobinclude:

    • Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent workexperience.
    • 5 + years ofexperience in materials planning and procurement in aninternational manufacturing and supply chainenvironment.
    • 5+ years ofexperience in inventory management, logistics, demand planning, andscheduling. To include a solid understanding of procurement "bestpractice" including, but not limited to: Supplier PULL Systems,VMI, Supplier Assessment and Vendor Rating including SupplierPerformance reviews, supplier Kanban, consignment, stocking, andconsolidated invoicing.
    • 5+years of proven functional leadership experience within theprocurement and inventory managementfield.
    • 5+ years ofexperience supporting new business opportunities/proposals withsupplier technicalinnovation/information.
    • 5+years of experience using continuous improvement tools andmethodologies to include lean conversion and KPIs improvement,on-time delivery, Lead time, cost and Inventory reduction, Supplierdevelopment, etc.
    • 5+ yearsof working with ERP Systems based onMRP.

    Itwould be a plus if you also possess previous experiencein:

    • Knowledge ofthe Global Marketplace with experience ideally in filtration andseparation processes or relateddisciplines.
    • Experience indeveloping business strategy, and leading strategic initiatives insupport of functional and businessobjectives.
    • Good record ofKPIs improvement, on-time delivery, lead time, cost and Inventoryreduction, Supplier development,etc.
