Your tasks:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain backend code for data collection planning
• Create custom tools, plugins, and APIs that harness geospatial functionalities
• Implement geoprocessing workflows to analyze and manipulate geographic data
• Develop data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and transforming geospatial data
• Design, build and maintain RESTful APIs tailored for geospatial data consumption
• Architect and implement scalable solutions that handle increasing data volumes
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using GIS and other data
  

Your profile:

• Multiple years of experience in writing clean, well-documented, reusable code
• Experience with GIS libraries, tools, and frameworks (e.g., ArcGIS, Leaflet, Mapbox)
• Familiarity with database and datalake systems
• Familiarity with big data technology stack such as Spark, Hive, Presto, Iceberg, notebooks, and dashboards
• Relevant experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Fluent English
