Job summary

You will also define monitor methodologies for deployments implementation monitoring and upgrade cycles.
You are responsible for business continuity data management of the platform ensuring interoperability with existing IT systems.
- You take care of continuous operation ongoing optimization of the platform in close coordination with the MSP.
- You identify relevant technologies innovative functions within the ServiceNow platform plan corresponding initiatives for transition integration into existing architecture.
