Join Our Team in Hamburg - IT Risk Management & Capital Market Systems

We are looking for a new team member to join our team specializing in IT risk management and capital market systems. Come aboard and be part of something amazing!

Whether it's digitizing process workflows, developing new software for the cooperative financial network, or creating custom solutions to analyze our bank's risk structure, we are the value creators who give you the opportunity to grow personally and professionally.

Your Responsibilities in Our Team:

Lead the development and maintenance of applications based on Actico Rules/Visual Rules
Provide advice and support to business units on technical issues and implementation of new requirements for existing systems
Independently coordinate and manage project activities and enhancements in collaboration with departments
If interested, actively participate in agile project environments

Your Qualifications:

Experience with or a strong interest in working with a Business Rule Engine and associated development tools
Basic knowledge of Java and relevant frameworks
Enjoy working on solutions collaboratively within a team
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, willingness to work independently and take ownership
Ideally, familiar with the financial services industry or eager to learn about it
Completed a STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or similar qualification
