- Eigenverantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Buchung aller Eingangsrechnungen für unsere europäischen Gesellschaften
- Überwachung und Ansprechpartner der automatisierten Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Selbstständige Durchführung von Zahlungsläufen, Bearbeitung von Mahnungen, Abstimmung von Konten und Klärung von Differenzen
- Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen bezüglich Rechnungs- und Zahlungsfragen
- Unterstützung im Monats- und Jahresabschluss
- Mitgestaltung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Buchhaltungsprozesse
- Abgeschlossene kfm. Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung in SAP/FI
- Erfahrung mit Basware und SAP Concur von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Starke Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sowie strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld erfolgreich zu arbeiten und eine positive Atmosphäre im Team zu fördern

- Independent execution of payment runs, processing of reminders, reconciliation of accounts and clarification of differences
- Communicating with suppliers and internal departments regarding invoicing and payment issues
- Support with monthly and annual financial statements
- Participation in the continuous optimization of our accounting processes
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in the field of accounts payable
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience in SAP/FI
- Experience with Basware and SAP Concur as an advantage
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
