    Driven by the continuous expansion of our business now we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Key Account Manager. The role will report to the Head of Key Account Management, based in Bulgaria, and will give the unique opportunity to implement your ideas and knowledge and drive the commercial activities in one of most crucial regions of business – Western Europe. The role will require extensive travel to clients and a regular monthly visit to our HQ in Sofia, Bulgaria.

    Senior Key Account Manager – Western Europe

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the account management activities in Western Europe
    • Acquire new business by actively contacting and visiting potential partners
    • Develop effective business relationships, generate sales leads, to be converted in sales volumes and high customer satisfaction in partnership with the Operational teams of the company
    • Leading and participating in negotiations and signing short and long-term agreements
    • Daily visits to existing and potential clients
    • Participates in business planning and priority setting in support to top management and Operative heads
    • Interpreting market trends, adapting to and taking advantage of industry changes.

    Requirements/Qualifications:

    • At least 5+ years of work experience on relevant Road Freight Sales role
    • In-depth knowledge of the Western Europe Road freight market
    • Ability to successfully communicate proposals to potential partners.
    • Strong entrepreneurial skills and a natural ability to spot opportunities for revenue generation;
    • Ability to adapt well to and get energized by change;
    • Self-driven and target-oriented person willing to work in an international, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
    • Driver's license

    Educational background:

    • University degree in Management/Economy/Marketing or equivalent.

    Language & IT:

    • Mandatory: Fluent in German and English
    • Good skills in MS Office tools
