- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Verhandlungen, um optimale Gesamtbetriebskosten und vorteilhafte Handelsvereinbarungen mit Lieferanten zu erzielen.
- Identifizierung neuer Möglichkeiten, Ideen und Verbesserungen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Austausch bewährter Verfahren mit den Mitgliedern des globalen und regionalen Beschaffungsteams.
- Aktive Beteiligung an der gesamten globalen Beschaffungsgemeinschaft.
- Anpassung der globalen Category Management Strategien an lokale Ziele und Strategien.
- Verständnis aller strategischen Richtungen und globalen Prioritäten für Beschaffung/REFM (z.B. Next Horizon) und deren Botschafter im Cluster/Land sein, und gegebenenfalls für die Umsetzung dieser globalen Strategien verantwortlich sein.
- Entwicklung von Ideen/Möglichkeiten und Erreichung regionaler KPIs, einschließlich lokaler Einsparungen/Effizienzen, sowie proaktive Berichterstattung und Überwachung.
- Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Durchführung sowohl strategischer Initiativen als auch administrativer Aufgaben.
- Verwaltung oder Unterstützung bei vertraglichen oder geschäftlichen Rechtsstreitigkeiten für Standorte.
- Erfahrung mit SAP Ariba.
- Einhaltung eines Verhaltens- und Ethikkodexes auf höchstem Niveau.
- Ausgeprägte Erfahrung im Beschaffungswesen sowie Erfahrung im strategischen und operativen Beschaffungswesen in einer Matrixumgebung.
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit und Erfahrung in der Beeinflussung, Infragestellung und Initiierung von geschäftlichen Veränderungen.
- Solide Kenntnisse im Bereich Category Management, einschließlich der Entwicklung von Category-Strategien mit funktionsübergreifenden Projektteams.
- Ausgezeichneter Geschäftssinn und die Fähigkeit, Rohdaten in interessante Erkenntnisse umzuwandeln, um intelligente Geschäftsentscheidungen zu treffen und zu beeinflussen.
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Verhandlung, Konfliktlösung und Stakeholder-Management.
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten.
