    Job Description

  • Accountable for Leading Solution Archtiects in Operations Area of Project
  • Collaborate directly with Functional Team Lead Experts and challenge Solution Design
  • Responsible for one global ContiTech SAP Template solution
  • Repsonsible for all core SAP PP/QM/PM manufacturing processes and supporting Master Data
  • PP includes: MRP, plant production scheduling, production reporting, consumption reporting, plant automations, etc.
  • QM includes: Quality measurements in manfucaturing process, Quality checks on inventory dispositioning, etc.
  • PM includes: Plant Preventive Maintenance plans, Work Center maintience items, etc.
  • Supporting Master Data: Bill of Materials, Routings, Product costing support, etc.
  • Dual Career path: Leading Leaders, Solution Architect of ContiTech SAP Global Template
  • Establish Direct collaboartion with Contitech Central functions to support Business transformation Initiatives (SCM, Operations, Quality)

    • Qualifications

  • Academic degree in Information Technologies or Business Administration or comparable qualification
  • Multiple years of experience in SAP configuration for PP/QM/PM, business knowledge related to Financial Reporting, Controlling, basic knowledge of related modules, MM, SD, WM, FI/CO, ABAP
  • Several years of leadership experience
  • Ability to develop business and IT/SAP strategies and concepts
  • Ability to provide IT expertise to the application areas or to visualize requirements from IT concepts
  • Project management experience, dealing with complex requirements and challenging timelines
  • Experience in the field of "leading of virtual / global teams" and experience in cooperation with different cultures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with teams of diverse cultural background, respectful and proactivel managing teams strengths and synergies
