    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Planning and administratively leading the sales support team
    • Monitoring and optimizing internal sales processes
    • Analyzing and evaluating sales data
    • Handling and processing telephone orders
    • Providing continuous customer support in coordination with the Sales Director
    • Marketing: Planning and executing sales promotions
    • Price/contract management
    • Providing service to customers and implementing specific advertising measures
    • Planning and monitoring tasks and deadlines in the sales support team
    • Selecting and processing information for sales management

    Your qualifications should include:

    • Completed training in business, food industry, and/or gastronomy
    • Understanding of customer demands and needs in the food industry
    • Think and act entrepreneurially, always seeking the best solution or path
    • Additional qualifications in communication, personnel, and team development are desirable
    • Ideally, you have gained some initial leadership experience
    • Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently, organizational skills, and flexibility
    • Proficiency in inventory management systems and common MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power BI)
    • Assertiveness, empathy, creativity, and a sense of responsibility
