    Community Manager - Munich

    As part of our exciting expansion, we are looking for a passionate Community Manager to join our multi-cultural Marketing team in Munich. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our community strategy in Germany for our 3 major brands: Anker, eufy and soundcore. You will be able to work together with the dedicated Brand Managers, agencies and our Central Marketing team to achieve regional business objectives, using the power of online communities.

    Skills

    You will be a digital native, and able to take a very hands-on approach to developing and running regional KOL and social media campaigns, driving reach, awareness and traffic to our product listings and strategic retailers. However, you will also crave data and insight, constantly looking to further your understanding of campaign performance and how to create more targeted, integrated and successful campaigns that are fully aligned with regional goals and strategies. You should have a strong grasp of current and local social media tools and tactics. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to project manage complex campaigns, keeping multiple parties updated and on-track.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive KOL, social media and social community strategy, management, and brand voice across multiple social channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)
    • Plan and develop KOL and social media campaigns
    • Create, develop, schedule, and monitor KOL and social media content across multiple social channels
    • Start building strong and long lasting relationships with tech KOLs for product launches as well as cooperating with lifestyle micro influencers
    • Maintain and run social channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and respond to customers in a timely manner
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the content is both informative and appealing to identify opportunities to increase brand presence and perception among the public
    • Brief and lead social media and influencer agencies as well as freelancers for content production
    • Collect resources and look for opportunities to work with social media KOLs on the planning and execution of collaborations across multiple social channels
    • Track and monitor KPIs (e.g., EMV, social following, engagement, conversion etc.), and re-evaluate or audit for new metrics when needed
    • Provide monthly performance report and post-campaign report
    • Stay up-to-date and research on community and social media news, updates, trends, both within and outside of the industry, to identify or grow business opportunities

    Requirements

    • Native German speaker and fluent in English
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Video Production, Journalism or equivalent work experience
    • +4 years experience in copywriting, social media management or community management with a proven track record, perferably for tech brands
    • Experience in briefing and leading agencies, agency background is a plus
    • Familiar with major social media outlets, particularly strong experience in leading campaigns to drivefollower gain and improve engagement on Facebook and Instagram
    • Social content design and short-form video editing skills are a plus
    • Proficient in social media management tools such as SproutSocial or Hootsuite
