Technical Service Specialist RESS

JinkoSolar (NYSE: JKS) is one of the world's largest solar module manufacturers. It distributes its solar products and sells its solutions and services to a diversified international utility, commercial and residential customer base all over the world.

We are expanding our Germany-based team and currently offer an exciting opportunity to join our team RESS in order to contribute to our dynamic growth in the EU.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of inverters and battery storage systems for photovoltaic installations.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving issues related to inverters and storage systems, both onsite and at customer locations.
• Support monitoring of system performance and identify opportunities for efficiency and energy production improvements.
• Provide support for customer training activities, including instructions on system usage and maintenance.
• Assist at trade shows and industry events by providing technical support and answering visitor questions.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or technical degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in installing and maintaining inverters and battery storage systems for photovoltaic installations.
• Thorough understanding of basic principles of electricity and energy conversion.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to deliver high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently.
• Availability to travel up to 50% of the time within Europe
• English fluent
