- Du berätst unsere Kunden umfassend bei der Präsentation, Konzeptionierung, Implementierung und dem Betrieb von Unified Endpoint Management Lösungen, insbesondere im Bereich Mobility (Matrix42, Microsoft Intune / Azure, Ivanti bzw. MobilIron).
- Als Mitglied unseres Consulting Teams wirkst du aktiv bei der Umsetzung von Projekten und dem damit verbundenen Change Management mit.
- Du übernimmst die Durchführung von Workshops und Trainings für unsere Kunden.
- Im Rahmen von laufenden Projekten entwickelst du die Kundenumgebungen kontinuierlich weiter und unterstützt im laufenden Betrieb, einschließlich Aktualisierungen, Migrationen und Dokumentationstätigkeiten.
- Deine Leidenschaft ist es, Impulse für neue Technologien und Veränderungen zu liefern und das Zusammenspiel unseres Portfolios zu optimieren.
- Ein Studienabschluss oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder IT-Ausbildung ist für uns zweitrangig, wichtig ist eine kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise: Kundenzufriedenheit und die Lösung von Serviceanfragen sollten in deinem Fokus stehen.
- Idealerweise verfügst du über erste praktische Erfahrung im Beratungsumfeld, insbesondere mit Produkten wie Matrix42, Microsoft, Ivanti, MobilIron, Deskcenter, baramundi und VMware.
- Du besitzt eine Affinität zur IT und zu Softwarelösungen.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und gute Moderationsfähigkeiten gehören zu deinen Stärken.
- Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und herausfordernden Projekten
