    Commercial Excellence Manager | Enablement & Capability Development

    Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for transforming commercial performance? Join our Commercial Excellence team as a Manager of Enablement & Capability Development. In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, empowering our global teams to win in a complex, technical landscape.

    You won't just follow a playbook; you'll write it. Starting with a deep-dive needs analysis of the current state, you will design and lead a global training ecosystem that accelerates the sales cycle and elevates our technical value-selling across Technical Services, Key Account Management, and Business Development.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial training strategy: Design and manage a scalable global training strategy covering sales methodologies, product knowledge, and market dynamics
  • Mentorship & Onboarding: Build a world-class mentorship program and own the onboarding journey to ensure new hires reach their first deal faster.
  • Content Innovation: Partner with Marketing to transform technical insights into "battle cards," case studies, and actionable sales tools.
  • Data-Driven success: Define and track key metrics (like time-to-first-deal and content ROI) to prove the impact of your initiatives.

    • What We're Looking For

  • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • You have a proven track record (+7y) of designing and implementing large-scale commercial enablement or business transformation initiatives, within the Pharmaceutical or Primary Packaging sector.
  • You are a natural bridge-builder, aligning Marketing, Product Management, and Technical Services into one cohesive commercial force.
  • You possess a "can-do" attitude and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • You use data to diagnose gaps and measure the success of your programs.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30%.
