- Completed studies in the field of pharmacy, biochemistry, biology, biopharmacy, chemistry or biotechnology or completed vocational training with several years of relevant professional experience
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Visio and of sample and data management systems (LIMS/databases: HAL, QCLImes) as well as document management systems (IDEA for CON, Veeva, Daisy)
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Strong communication skills as well as good self-management and external management
- Ability to work in a team as well as high process comprehension and solution orientation
- Independent, careful and very well-organized, structured work with a high workload
