- Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von ESG-Strategien.
- Dokumentation der Nachhaltigkeit der Unternehmen und deren Compliance-Anforderungen.
- Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der internen Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie und -prozesse.
- Durchführung von umfassenden Analysen und Bewertungen von ESG-Risiken und -Chancen, um optimale Nachhaltigkeitspraktiken zu gewährleisten.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen, Kunden und relevanten Interessengruppen, um sicherzustellen, dass ESG-Richtlinien und -Standards effektiv kommuniziert und umgesetzt werden.
- Regelmäßige Überwachung der regulatorischen Entwicklungen im Bereich ESG und Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der ESG-Performance.
- Einen mindestens guten Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in den Bereichen Informationstechnologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mathematik, Naturwissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss bzw. entsprechende Berufserfahrung.
- Erste Kenntnisse über die relevanten ESG-Richtlinien, insb. EU-Taxonomie, CSRD, ESRS und Weitere.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und einen wachen Verstand.
- Fundierte Methodenkenntnisse im Projektmanagement. Idealerweise Zertifizierungen wie z.B. GPM, IPMA, Scrum.
- Sympathisches und überzeugendes Auftreten.
- Planungs- und Organisationsgeschick und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise.
- Neugier, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Humor, Empathie, Teamfähigkeit.
- Die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln.
- Fließend Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift).
- Reisebereit, denn Du arbeitest gerne mit unseren Kunden vor Ort.
