The German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) is one of Europe's largest cancer research centers seeking a Postdoc – Bioinformatics / Computational Biology to contribute to novel methods for high-throughput genetic and pharmacological perturbations.We provide state-of-the-art technologies and infrastructure empowering excellence in collaboration with international partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop bioinformatics approaches for experimental design data analysis integration of genomic data sets
- Maintain software tools databases for high-throughput screening experiments add new content based on literature
