    Own,develop and optimize our global direct tax & transfer pricesetup for our three businesses Leica Microsystems, LeicaBiosystems, and Mammotome, with 70 legal entities and approximately$2.

    Overseeing taxoperations, compliance and documentation in close cooperation withthe respective localteams

    Collaboratingclosely with the global tax & transfer pricing team atDanaher

    A minimumof ten years of professional experience in tax &transfer pricing, preferably in a multinational company environmentand/or international tax advisoryfirm

    Team player, processoriented andhands-on

    Thisposition offers international developmentopportunities
