- Actively identifying and acquiring new business customers and building a customer base for two product segments
- Sales management in the direct and indirect sales channel throughout Poland and selected CEE countries (B2G, B2B, B2C)
- Presentation of products at the client's and participation in industry fairs
- Preparing sales reports/presentations
- Competition monitoring and market analysis for new sales opportunities
- Preparation of commercial offers
- Ongoing and direct customer service (via e-mail, telephone and meetings)
- Establishing and maintaining business relationships with key clients
- Conducting effective presentations and commercial negotiations
- Frequent business trips in Poland and CEE
- Higher technical or business education
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and development of sales channels
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluent knowledge of English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office
- Great independence in organizing work
- Self-confidence, optimism, openness to new challenges, commitment
- Ability to acquire new clients and buildlong-term relationships
- Experience in the public sector is an additional advantage
- Category B driving license
- Ability to travel frequently for business purposes (a necessary condition)
