    Senior Tax Manager Position Summary



    This role offers a unique opportunity to provide sophisticated tax support for real estate transactions within intricate international multi-tier structures and platforms. As a Senior Tax Manager, you will develop and implement innovative tax strategies while providing continuous tax support for the existing portfolio during the holding phase.



    Key Responsibilities


    • In this position, you will offer critically evaluate external tax advisers' findings from tax due diligence, ensuring tax-efficient structuring while safeguarding investors' reputational risks.
    • You will also assert secure legal positions during contract negotiations (e.g., SPA, side letters) with external assistance, while providing pragmatic recommendations in case of disagreements.
    • Furthermore, you will demonstrate adequate understanding of IRR modeling (post-tax).
    • You are expected to facilitate effective tax handover to other departments (Accounting, tax advisers of investors etc.).

    Tax Support for Existing Portfolio in Holding Phase


    • Ensure compliance with legally required documentation (e.g., TP studies) for investment companies and investors.
