    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    As team leader (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the technical management of a design team that is responsible for the holistic mechanical integration of scaffolding sets/equipment sets in military systems.

    Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Technical leadership of a design team with a focus on the design of mechanical brackets and integration of customer-specific electrical equipment defined by a project-specific equipment list (C4I Equipmemnt, ...)
  • Planning, coordination and organization of the work from the creation of the work package to series production readiness
  • Holistic integration of setup kits / device kits / installation kits / mission kits
  • Testing and design of functional assemblies for mission fulfillment, kinematic systems and complex stowage systems in military systems under ergonomic, protective and functional boundary conditions
  • Creation of specifications / functional specifications
  • Implementation or initiation of verifications for the integrated components
    • WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • Completed studies in mechanical engineering, plant engineering or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of design, vehicle and plant construction with initial experience in leading a team and managing external development partners
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, strong knowledge of CAD and PLM programs, e.g. Siemens NX
  • Knowledge of DOORS and MS Project desirable
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Strong technical understanding and creative system thinking
  • Ability to work independently, teamwork and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
