To strengthen our European sales activities, we are looking for a Sales professional with proven experience in the automotive supplier industry who is ready to grow in an international environment.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Management & Business Development
Manage and expand relationships with European OEM and Tier-1 customers
Lead customer communication, meetings, and negotiations independently
Handle escalations, commercial discussions, and pricing topics
Automotive Project Management
Support projects across the full lifecycle – from RFQ to SOP and ramp-up
Drive change management activities within ongoing programs
Collaborate closely with global production plants and HQ in Korea
Commercial & Sales Operations
Prepare quotations, cost calculations, and technical coordination
Support trade fairs, customer events, and sales initiatives
Contribute to digital and social media activities in the automotive sector
Your Profile – What We Are Looking For
Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in the automotive industry (OEMs- and/or Tier-1-business)
Strong exposure to OEM customer structures and project business
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering
Fluent English and German (C1 level or higher)
Customer-focused mindset with a structured, results-driven working style
Valid work and residence permit for Germany
Nice to have:
Korean or Czech language skills
Nice to have:
Experience with digital sales or LinkedIn/social media engagement
