    We are seeking a Marketing Manager to hit the ground running, managing, and delivering marketing and communication activity for Air Partner Private Jets, Group Charter and Cargo across our European markets, focusing mainly on Germany, France and Italy. You must be fluent in English and German, and you will be based in our friendly Cologne offices. We need someone who is willing to travel to these beautiful locations a couple of days per year, and to events where required.

    This exciting opportunity will see you supporting the sales ambitions of Air Partner. You will do this by aligning the marketing and communication activity with commercial objectives to ensure that all campaigns and initiatives are adapted for effective delivery in our European markets (including managing translations). You will develop and deliver territory-specific campaigns that attract, nurture and retain our most valuable customers.

    £54,000-£68,000

    You will:

    · Deliver marketing plans across key markets through the full marketing mix (online & offline)

    · Engage with the European commercial teams through regular meetings and campaign performance reviews

    · Deliver CRM / email campaigns through database marketing, ensuring these are delivered on time, in full and to the relevant segments

    · Develop and implement local marketing campaigns for our European territories

    · Manage PPC and SEO strategy for our European territories, working closely with external agencies and our Group Digital Marketing Manager to ensure budgets are adhered to and performance is optimised

    · Be a brand guardian for the business and ensure that all activity and collateral is delivered on brand and on time for each respective audience and market

    · Manage the organisation and delivery of key events including external customer, trade and internal events

    · Work cross-functionally to develop content for our European markets for use in campaigns, social media and on the website

    · Work alongside the Head of Marketing to ensure Air Partner is positioned as a leading authority in both B2B and B2C charter markets through PR

    · Be flexible to travel to regional office locations as required (mainly Europe)

    · Attend and contribute to the global marketing meetings

    · Research and review current products & services and analyse market trends to present ideas for enhancing the customer journey and experience

    · Work with the wider organisation in the coordination of key internal communications including staff newsletters & leadership updates

    · Report regularly on marketing performance across events, campaigns, CRM and PPC ensuring that a demonstrable ROI can be provided

    · Make recommendations for improvements based on your analysis of performance results

    Candidate Requirements

    · Must be fluent in German and English, both verbally and written

    · At least 5+ years' experience in mid-level marketing roles

    · Experience in B2B or working within a corporate marketing environment

    · Experience working on global activity and developing brand & internal activity globally

    · Experience in database and customer centric marketing

    · Marketing professional who is able to think commercially and with a good understanding of marketing techniques including CRM and digital

    · Results focused and understands ROI and tracking metrics

    · Confident and articulate; able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisations

    · Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and on budget

    · Understanding of how to deliver timely and effective PR communications

    · Flexibility, adaptability and a co-operative attitude, able to work as part of a team

    · A good degree of initiative, self-motivation with a natural ability to inspire others - this is a very hands-on role

    Preferred but not Essential

    · Experience in the aviation sector would be a significant benefit in this role

    · Educated to degree level or equivalent with professional marketing qualifications

    · Conversational Italian and French language skills would be of benefit in this role

    · Experience using Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce

    · Microsoft package experience including Excel, PowerPoint & Word

    · Experience of marketing automation
