- Development and verification of high-frequency circuit components, taking into account internal development processes, including assembly, metrological characterization and optimization
- Simulation and analysis of circuit components using relevant software tools
- Creation of circuit diagrams and HF layouts
- Verification of technical requirements
- Creation of technical documentation
- Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering and information technology or comparable
- You can demonstrate basic knowledge of high-frequency circuits and systems through relevant professional experience or specialization during your studies
- Knowledge of the use of RF design software (e.g. Keysight ADS, CST Studio Suite, Ansys HFSS)
- Knowledge of the basic procedures in the field of high-frequency measurement technology, preferably with knowledge of the automation of measuring devices (e.g. NI Labview)
- Knowledge of MS Office

For the "Receivers and Exciters Engineering" division, we are looking for a "Development Engineer High Frequency Technology (f/m/d)" at the Ulm site as soon as possible.The "Receivers & Exciters" department develops and implements outstanding solutions in the field of signal generation and reception for state-of-the-art RADAR and EW systems. The main tasks include the design and verification of high-frequency and mixed-signal assemblies as well as the conception and realization of subsystems in terms of time, cost and quality.
