Werde Teil unseres engagierten Support-Teams und hilf unseren Kunden dabei unsere Produkte für die Datenerfassung und Echtheitsprüfung von Reise- und Identitätsdokumenten in ihre Kundenlösungen zu integrieren und Fehler zu beheben. Arbeite direkt zusammen mit unserem Entwicklungs-Team, bestehend aus erfahrenen Hardware- und Software-Entwicklern, die dir dabei helfen unsere Produkte kennenzulernen und zu verstehen. Unsere Produktpalette umfasst in-house entwickelte Dokumentscanner und Softwarelösungen, die weltweit in verschiedensten Bereichen zum Einsatz kommen, wie Grenzkontrollen, Flughäfen, Hotels, Banken u.v.m.
Um Support-Anfragen zu verwalten und um mit unseren Kunden zu kommunizieren, kommen folgende Tools zu Einsatz:
- Salesforce Service Console
- Microsoft Teams, Outlook
- Team Viewer
- Datenerfassung mittels OCR / Texterkennung, Barcodelesen, RFID/NFC/SmartCard, Face-Recognition
- für die Betriebssysteme Windows, Linux, Android, iOS
- in den Programmiersprachen C/C++, C#, Java, Python
Deine Rolle im Team wird es sein, unsere Kunden technisch über unsere Produkte zu beraten, ihnen bei technischen Problemen zur Seite zu stehen und sie bei der Hard- und Software- Integration zu begleiten. Du bearbeitest eingehende Support-Tickets in unserem Salesforce Service Console Support-System von der ersten Meldung bis zur Problemlösung.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker/Anwendungsentwicklung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Reisebereitschaft nach Einarbeitungszeit. Wobei der feste Arbeitsplatz in Bayreuth bleiben wird.
