- Manageand develop a team of Area Managers
- Lead operationalteams on a shift, deal with issues, and positively impact siteperformance

- A Bachelorsdegree
- Relevant experience in people and stakeholdermanagement
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and writtenEnglish and intermediate proficiency in the local language
- Relevant experience in using data or anecdotalevidence to influence business decisions
- Relevantexperience in key areas of production and supply chains
- Flexible to work in different shifts androtations

A typical day will involve meetings with different areasof the business, deep diving into performance and risk metrics forsites, and looking ahead to prepare for different levels of demand.
