As a Sales Manager at Aptiv you will drive new business growth and contribute to critical sales elements including account strategy pricing management managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Become first point of customer contact for global OEM Germany
- Aquire new projects Lead price negotiations and price agreements Establish good customer relationship with all involved departments Create cultivate strategic relationships with customers Support Business Planning manage this in SPS Execute Market analysis develop sales strategies Review understand control commercial activities for all projects Maximize profit by getting best price control promised internal cost out of original investment release Lead Sales team organize efficiently to reach targets Maintain all sales practices documents according to audit standards Comply with internal controls operate within Enterprise Operating System DBS framework Lead RFQ phases assure profitable quotations in time expand EDS Business Support cooperate whole customer cross-functional team Prepare lead customer strategy meetings Lead activities achieve Sales targets customers Achieve Account growth objectives
