    OutSystems Developer – Low code (m/f/d)

    In Germany - Berlin

    We are lookingfor new colleagues to join our fast-growing Simon-Kucher Engine team to createand develop low-code apps (OutSystems) as a solution development engineer

    • How you will createan impact:
  • Use your unique vision to inspire clients and realize their business processes and strategies in software
  • Team up with our consultants, UX designer and technical experts to develop innovative software solution concepts for our clients
  • Be involved from the start by understanding the client's needs, identifying synergies with existing solutions, and determining project scopes and estimates
  • Be responsible for developing and managing lifecycles of your low-code software solutions
  • Use your skills to design usable, accessible, and engaging user experiences for mobile and web-based applications based on research and best practices
  • Dive into crafting personalized UI analytics dashboards
  • Make sure that user experience is in focus of all our applications. Having frontend experience (e.g. Javascript, CSS, HTML, etc...) is definitely a plus
    • About you:
  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree (in business, computer science, or a related field) and one to three years of professional experience as an OutSystems developer
  • You are knowledgeable about OutSystems best practices and always try your best to implement them, additionally OutSystems certifications are a plus
  • You have refined problem-solving skills to creatively translate business needs into digital solutions
  • You have the technical expertise needed to create and discuss technical concepts with IT stakeholders and developers
  • You have experience with JS, CSS, HTML
  • Experience with APIs and web services in software integration along with SQL and database systems and developing reusable UI patterns, rounds up your profile
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and proactively, reliably, and enthusiastically work with clients, consultants, and developers
  • You are fluent in English, German is a plus
