TEAMLEITER PRODUCTION SUPPPORT CNC (m/f/d)


Standort:
Tuttlingen

Ihre Aufgaben

Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Teams CNC Programmieren, Vorrichtungsbau und CNC Support
Permanente Schulung und Weiterentwicklung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter
Entwicklung und Optimierung von Herstellprozessen
Fertigungstechnische Einführung und Erprobung neuer Technologien
Erstellen von Verfahrensanweisungen und Prozessabläufen für die Produktion
Fertigungstechnische Begleitung von Prozessvalidierungen
Unterstützung der Abteilungen bei Prozessänderungen
CNC Bearbeitung und Unterstützung der Abteilung bei Maßnahmen zur Qualitätsverbesserung und Ausschussreduktion
Analyse und Optimierung der Wartungstätigkeiten

Anforderungen / Notwendige Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit weiterführender Qualifikation (beispielsweise zum Techniker oder Meister)
Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
Führungserfahrung in einer zerspanenden Fertigung
Gute Englischkenntnisse und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und LEAN Production
