- Soft-skills: Your ability to communicate technical concepts effectively will be instrumental in driving consensus and progress
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, or related fields
- Industry Experience: Prior exposure to the automotive sector, particularly with German OEMs, is highly desirable. Deep understanding of lithium-ion battery systems is essential
- Technical Proficiency: Profound knowledge of electrical, thermal, and mechanical concepts related to automotive battery systems (BEV, PHEV, HEV) across various voltage levels (48V/400V/800V)
