    Im Bereich Facility Management suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Termin als

    Elektromeister (m/w/d)

    Ihre Aufgaben

    • Gewerkeübergreifende Arbeiten als Elektromeister im Gebäudebetrieb
    • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit direkten Kollegen in der Haustechnik
    • Durchführung, Begleitung und Unterstützung der Wartung, Reparatur und Instandsetzung von gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
    • Selbstständiges Ausführen von Rundgängen sowie Betreiben der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
    • Regelmäßige und planbare Rufbereitschaft im Rotationssystem
    • Koordination von Fremdfirmen und Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten durch Nachunternehmer
    • Übernahme der VEFK-Rolle für den Kunden
    • Eintragung als Betriebsleiter bei der Handwerkskammer

    Ihr Profil

    • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektromeister sowie Berufserfahrung im Führen von technischen Mitarbeitern
    • Kenntnisse der gängigen Vorschriften, Verordnungen und Normen
    • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent
    • Service-, Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung
    • Selbstständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einsatzbereitschaft
    • Professionelle interne und externe Kommunikation auf Deutsch
    • Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
    • Guter Umgang mit den gängigen PC-Programmen (MS Office, CAFM)
    • Einen Führerschein der Klasse B
