    Werden Sie Teil eines internationalen und innovativen Projektteams zur Entwicklung von Wasserstoff-Technologien in der emissionsfreien Mobilität.

    Ihre Aufgaben

    • Sie gestalten den Aufbau einer neuen Produktion für Wasserstoffdruckspeicher und treiben die Lokalisierung von strategischen Automotive-Projekten für Voith in Asien.
    • Ihnen obliegen die Entwicklung, Ausarbeitung und Bewertung der Fabrik- und Layoutplanung sowie deren Abstimmung mit den Prozessverantwortlichen aus den Fachbereichen.
    • Sie betreuen den Gesamtprozess für die Anlagenbeschaffung von der Lieferantenauswahl über die Lastenhefterstellung bis zur finalen Anlagenabnahme.
    • Sie erkennen funktionsübergreifende Abhängigkeiten und koordinieren diese selbständig, insbesondere mit den Bereichen Entwicklung, Einkauf und Qualität.
    • Sie unterstützen die Geschäfts- und Produktionsleitung bei der Erstellung von fundierten Entscheidungsvorlagen.

    Ihr Profil

    • Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarem Ingenieurwesen.
    • Sie verfügen über einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Fabrikplanung für Automotive Serienfertigungen.
    • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, ganzheitliches Systemverständnis sowie professionelles Auftreten bei der Kommunikation und Präsentation auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen zeichnen Sie aus.
    • Sie besitzen Projekt Management Kenntnisse sowie eine selbständige Arbeitsweise in cross-funktionalen Teams.
    • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus.
    • Bereitschaft zu weltweiten Dienstreisen (ca. 20%) rundet Ihr Profil ab.
