The impact you have in this role

As a Paper & Print Application Engineer for the EMEA Area within 3M's Industrial Specialties Division you will have the opportunity to put your curiosity to good use and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people in the world. Here's how to make an impact:

Providing expert technical support for 3M's repulpable splicing tapes & flexographic mounting tapes

Leads product trials at customer sites located throughout EMEA Area (estimated travel time: 30%)

Collaborates with sales team to win new business and defend at-risk business

Supports new product introductions

Trains customers on proper use of 3M Paper & Print products, and handles customer complaints by troubleshooting and conducting analysis
