    Become part of Mercedes-Benz Heritage GmbH as a Business Development and Market Manager (f/m/d) in the Mercedes-Benz Genuine Spare Parts team

    What you can expect
    Business Development
    - Independent preparation and support of after-sales services planning within the framework of MBBP in close cooperation with the sales departments and other interface partners
    - Determining potential on the basis of marketing codes, model ranges, counter and workshop business (channel split)
    - Preparation of or participation in management reports and decision papers for the management
    - Preparation of reports with the aim of: MBBP planning; vehicle fleet (breakdown into regions/markets)
    - Preparation of strategic evaluation with regard to model series; focus definition of future parts segments and vehicle model series
    - Definition of target agreements and price levels in coordination with the markets
    - Deriving trends, new business models and strategy from reports and creating an understanding of potential and risks in management

    Qualifikationen

    What we expect
    - Completed studies in business administration (diploma/master's degree) or a comparable degree in economics
    - Several years of relevant professional experience in business development, market observation or market management
    - Several years of strategic and operational professional experience as well as many years of experience in after-sales and sales; ideally across all sales levels
    - Experience with at least one CRM system
    - Sound business management knowledge and experience (market management, profitability calculations, strategic work)
    - Experience in international cooperation
    - Passion for classic Mercedes-Benz vehicles and relevant professional experience, ideally in XX
    - Ability to work independently with high quality results
    - Willingness to travel, knowledge of English and driving license class B available
    - Experience in project management with cross-functional teams and corresponding assertiveness
    - Very good IT skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access).
    - Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as strong goal and result orientation
    - Quick comprehension, independent and autonomous way of working, high analytical, conceptual and communicative skills
    - Willingness and ability to work on projects
    - Cross-hierarchical communication and negotiation skills
    - Ability to make decisions and resolve conflicts
    - High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
    - Ability to think in a networked way
    - Strong focus on targets, deadlines, quality and results as well as implementation skills
