Your challenge:

At GHX, our mission is to reduce the cost of doing business in healthcare by enabling better supply chain management. Through our suite of supply chain software solutions, we make it easier for hospitals, healthcare providers and suppliers to drive cost and inefficiency out of their processes. We have plans to grow our business further and currently have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager Exchange to join our Product Management team.

Your role:

Your role is responsible for leading product vision, strategy, roadmap, and pricing for their product(s) across European markets. This individual will ensure products delivered meet market needs and generating a positive ROI for GHX. Acting as a product expert and engaging with customers, partners and key industry organizations are essential elements of the role to drive success of the product(s) and the GHX customer experience. This role will regularly engage with cross-functional teams.

Continuous learning will be part of the experience with us so we don't expect you to arrive knowing everything, but the following competencies will enable you to be successful in this role:

• Minimum of 5 years related work experience and minimum of 2 years of product management experience or equivalent internal experience with GHX Technology, customer engagement, communication, requirements gathering
• Prior experience in healthcare or experience in software technology
• Experience with blended delivery models (in source, outsource, partnered)
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with proven ability to understand and influence both internal and external stakeholders, at varying levels of GHX and customer organizations.
• Creative and able to work on complex problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
