Als Teamleitung übernehmen Sie die fachliche Führung des Teams Sales Campaigns. Sie fördern eine motivierende Teamkultur und legen großen Wert auf die fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
Kampagnenmanagement: Sie sind verantwortlich für die Planung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Sales Kampagnen zur Steigerung von Umsatz und Absatz sowie zur Kundengewinnung und –bindung.
Treueprogramme: In Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich liegen Kundenbindungsmaßnahmen wie BON CHANCE sowie die Umsetzung von POS-Treueaktionen mit Industriepartnern
Analysen & Prozessoptimierung: Durch ihr analytisches Know-How behalten Sie nicht nur Timings und Budgets im Blick, sondern analysieren auf Basis einer Vielzahl von KPIs die Entwicklung der Sales Kampagnen im Jahresverlauf,Job summary: Die Stelle ist im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung befristet auf zwei Jahre.
