We are looking for a Business Manager Error Proofing & QAT (m/f/d) for the development of the Software & QA Business strategy in the Customer Center Central Europe in cooperation with the business lines according to the Atlas Copco strategy.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
manage and coach the team members
responsible for the software solution and quality assurance business based on NIS, UGP and hitrate targets
creation of marketing and business plans
continuous analyze of market and customer requirements, market potential, market pricing as well as competitors
develop and coach of salespeople in MVI, GI and SCE to drive software solution and QA business
prepare each month the activity report of all proposals, activities and business status including orders, net income sales and volume forecast
qualification of opportunities in cooperation with sales for customized solution based on business cases
ensure accurate requirements elicitation and analysis is done and reflected in customer proposal
responsible for communication to product companies to coordinate priorities, product developments etc. as well as to business line Service
create business cases for feature requests and align it globally to set the right priorities
drive the dedicated software and QA organization
build up relationship and network to identify stakeholders for software and QA business at customer
drive, develop and improve our existing customer workshop concept
Your experience:
technical engineering degree with long term experience on sales development, team management and creation of marketing and business plans
proven track in leadership, sales devlopment and project management
strong background within field of sales and marketing
fluent German and English skills
knowledge in automation, industrial software and quality systems
business and result orientated attitude with strong communication skills
charismatic, strategic leader with an open-minded personality and customer oriented attitude
strong presentation and communication skills on various levels at customer
strong in creating and implementing strategies
strong relationship manager
