- Preparation and coordination of the assembly of exciting and diverse projects in steel construction
- Implementation of own ideas from the bidding phase to the commissioning of the structures
- Development of special proposals for technical optimizations in the bidding and execution phases
- Elaboration of assembly technologies in 3D model
- Engineering planning of steel construction assemblies using large equipment (e.g. lattice cranes, SPMT, etc.)
- Ensuring project success in the project team and working in flat hierarchies
- Demand determination of subcontractor services
- Support to the assembly management, procurement, and on-site construction management as project manager
- Completed degree in engineering, also suitable as a career entry for aspiring engineers
- Practical experience in assembly services, crane and lifting technology, as well as access equipment are desirable
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (or similar CAD applications) and MS-Office applications
- Pragmatic and logical approach
- Occasional mobility and willingness to travel
