• As part of the Trafineo Product team you connect and support departments throughout the company with internal and external communication. Help your diverse team with the internal & external communication.

Support the preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external training courses (new features, products, services)
Organization of administrative tasks in day-to-day business – like supporting the maintenance of our web portals, translation management and similar tasks
Completed studies or training in marketing & communication and first experiences through internships or similar
Excellent communication (in German & English) and learning skills, as well as creativity and the ability to simplify complex issues
Experience with image editing programs such as Photoshop or Gimp
Experience in usage of Microsoft 365 (especially Sharepoint) tools
Basic knowledge in the use of content management systems such as WordPress or Liferay
