Job Title: Customer Excellence Manager

Your contribution:

• Ensure top-notch Customer Satisfaction and support CI processes.
• Lead a team in providing integrated service from order entry to order fulfilment.
• Initiate projects to enhance Customer Excellence-related processes and reduce costs.
• Enhance distribution processes related to the supply chain master plan.
• Meet service levels and inventory targets while considering cost targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with customers and Sales teams through effective communication.
• Lead, support, and develop your team and individual team members.
• Organize daily meetings to address and resolve shortages or delivery issues promptly.
• Manage the setup of new customers in collaboration with both external and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve service and logistics performance through KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with carriers, service providers, and shipping companies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Import/Export procedures and standards.

Education, knowledge, and skills:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent apprenticeship with solid experience in logistics, sales, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams within sales, production, or logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Awareness of strategic responses to external factors like legislation and environmental considerations.
• Previous exposure to handling dangerous goods shipments.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Outstanding analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of export declarations and processes is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
