- You provide administrative assistance to the business development team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense tracking
- You support preparing documents for customers, e.g. offers, statements of work (SoWs), slide decks, brochures and internal reports to management per schedule or upon request
- You ensure that the CRM system and related data repositories are kept tidy and up-to-date, including proper and legally-compliant filing of documents per policies and procedures
- You handle activities relating to preparation and participation of Kipu in trade shows or conferences
- You collaborate with the client relations team to address customer inquiries and issues promptly
- Completed apprenticeship as industrial clerk, office clerk or completed studies in business administration, economics, business development or equivalent qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, back office assistant or team assistant, preferably in deep-tech or startup environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and first experience in CRM software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
