- Establish and enhance an Integrated Management System and quality management manual.
- Design and implement a robust quality management system adhering to EN ISO 9001 standards.
- Lead and manage a team of 4 quality professionals.
- Develop and expand a global Quality Management (QM) team with international reach.
- Provide guidance on process frameworks according to BPMN to support organizational functions.
- Develop strategies to promote business process excellence, quality governance, and reporting while advising internal stakeholders and external partners on quality issues and facilitating audits.
- Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken) at C1/C2 level.
- Min. 10 years' experience in quality management, quality assurance, or product assurance within a hardware-regulated industry.
- Min. 5 years of experience in leadership roles, demonstrating proactive team management skills.
- Expertise in quality standards, such as ISO 9001 and regulatory compliance.
- Completed a technical degree in mechatronics, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred experience in establishing QM/QA functions within hardware production environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build and implement quality processes and guide organizations in applying quality techniques.
