- Sie erstellen Projektkalkulationen (Vor- und Nachkalkulation) in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Projektierung, Technik/Produktion und begleiten die Verbesserung der Stammdaten.
- Dabei stellen Sie die Kostentransparenz in Kundenprojekten sicher, erstellen und kommunizieren Projektstatusberichte sowie Projektforecasts und bewerten Projektrisiken.
- Hinsichtlich Projektbudgets und Projektabrechnungen sowie Monitoring der Leistungserbringung und Projektergebnisse entlang von Vereinbarungen und Verträgen sind Sie in enger Abstimmung mit den verantwortlichen Projektmanagern.
- Sie führen Abweichungs- und Ad-hoc-Analysen sowie Berechnungen relevanter KPIs durch.
- Als kaufmännischer Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) unterstützen und beraten Sie die Projektleistung und die Projektteams bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen.
- Sie haben ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Vertiefung Controlling oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Weiterbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen sowie bereits einige Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling und/oder im Bereich Kalkulation eines produzierenden Unternehmens gesammelt, idealweiser im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau.
- Neben einem ausgeprägten technischen Verständnis bringen Sie sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, Einsatzfreude, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein hohes Maß an Lösungsorientierung gepaart mit Umsetzungsstärke mit.
- Eine eigenständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise, Hands-on-Mentalität sowie serviceorientiertes Denken zeichnet Sie aus.
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in ERP-Systemen und MS-Office sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
