- Planung verschiedener thermodynamischer Klimaanlagen speziell für Entfeuchtungszwecke, sowie für sonstige Lüftungstechnik (Auswahl und Auslegung der Komponenten, wie FFU (Filter Fan Units), sonstige Umluftsysteme, Raumdruckregelung mittels Volumenstromreglern etc.)
- Koordination mit Schnittstellen anderer beteiligter Abteilungen und in allen Engineering-Phasen des Projektmanagements und der Implementierung
- Erstellung von Bau- und Planungsunterlagen, Entwurfsphasen entsprechend HOAI-Phasen 1-9
- Kontrolle, Erstellung und Bewertung von Spezifikationen und Layouts, technischen Zeitplänen/Meilensteinen, Lageplänen, Leistungsbeschreibungen und Stücklisten
- Erstellung und Bewertung von Raumkonzepten und Grundrissen
- Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen; Spezifikationen für spezielle Klimakomponenten und Wand- & Decken- & Bodensysteme
- Prüfung von Projektspezifikationen, Kundenanforderungen und Normen, Konstruktionsgrundlagen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Diplom-Ingenieur, Bachelor of Science, Techniker oder Bachelor of Engineering in einem verwandten Bereich
- 4-6 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Ausführung von Innenausbausystemen und Gebäudetechnik in der Reinraumindustrie
- Sicherer Umgang mit Hochbausoftware z.B. REVIT sowie gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Office-Softwareprogrammen
- Brandschutz / ATEX-Kenntnisse
- Grundkenntnisse der Statik
- Gutes Verständnis der bautechnischen Disziplinen, Kostenbasis und Anforderungen innerhalb von Projekten
- Professionelle analytische Fähigkeiten zur Analyse und Lösung technischer Probleme
- Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
