- Conduct reporting, target-setting, and ad hoc variance analyses using BI tools
- Support Category areas in annual planning and goal-setting processes
- Harmonize and manage data structures and systems across the group
- Continuously develop reporting tools and analysis processes for optimal analysis of large data sets
- Establish a KPI system for Category areas and portfolio analysis
- Require solid expertise in Category Controlling combined with a good understanding of procurement processes
- Proficient in Excel, SAP, and ideally experienced with BI tools such as QLIK or TM1
- Analytical, IT-savvy, and communicative personality who enjoys working with large data sets and is eager to learn new programs
- Good English skills to ensure smooth collaboration with international subsidiaries
