+ O&M Manager will be responsible for the management organization monitoring and supervision of any operation and maintenance activities on a PV project.+ The main purpose is to ensure the operation and functionality of the PV project and guaranteeing all obligations arising from existing service and maintenance contracts.<+ Responsible for the technical management supervision of the plant ensuring optimizing plant’s energy production availability PR objectives<+ Planning managing productive preventive corrective actions coordinating different work teams to ensure continuity efficiency production<+ Guiding delegating communicating with local technicians assistants verifying fulfilment tasks plans evaluating objectives observing managing resolution possible deviations within area responsibility<+ Actively participate optimisation procedures improvement proposals focused reducing costs increasing productivity defining work procedures carried out safety operators equipment installations carrying out maintenance checklists indications manuals equipment installations correct execution works monitoring control system applications contact Asset Owner related departments subcontractor plant Others Relevant Tasks Management ground keeping activities support HSE officer health safety topics tasks reporting documentation warranty tracking spare parts management on-call service weekends local based site PV plant Qualifications Experienced renewable energy technician engineer strong hands-on mentality 3 years Solar PV O&M Experience Utility Scale Solar Electrical technical background relevant qualification electrical mechanical engineering discipline expertise operation & maintenance activities processes expertise experiences installation either O&M construction commissioning in-depth knowledge electrical components PV plant professional understandings technical documents drawings ability prepare technical plannings processes strong understanding modules inverter substructure cables cablings transformer earthing protection systems Scada communication system functionality strong understanding requirements installation components multitasking prioritizing important tasks working responsibility certifications switching authorization trained inverter transformer station advantageous HSSE certification advantageous Language German English Additional Information truly international working environment colleagues world open-minded friendly dynamic highly motivated team interesting challenging tasks scope professional growth development encourage team work personal responsibility very good opportunities professional personal development competitive remuneration exciting benefits At ib vogt committed fostering diverse inclusive respectful workplace everyone thrive believe embracing diverse perspectives drives innovation helps better serve global communities operate +
