To keep our operations network secure and assure operational continuity, we are looking for an experienced professional who wants to join our Reverse Logistics Solutions (ReLo Solutions) team as Senior Program Manager for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). In this key role, you will manage the ReLo Solutions team and be responsible for ensuring that your area of responsibility efficiently and effectively provides security services and asset protection (i.e., lives, buildings, equipment, data, and professional property) through the design of physical infrastructure and processes across the EMEA Reverse Logistics environment.

About the team
Working in partnership with our stakeholders, Security and Loss Prevention secures the Amazon supply chain end-to-end and promotes security during business conversations. Sitting within Security and Loss Prevention, the ReLo Solutions team does this by developing and implementing risk mitigation programs to prevent Security and Loss Prevention-related risks and vulnerabilities across the Reverse Logistics environment, meaning the flow of goods traveling in the opposite direction of typical fulfilment, as early as possible. Continually assessing the programs and adjusting to support the ever-changing operational requirements, we deep dive root causes and embed standards and processes to improve productivity and prevent re-occurrence of incidents. We also provide frameworks for standards to enable business units conduct their daily operational tasks whilst mitigating risks accordingly. To reach this goal, we collect and consolidate information to evaluate existing as well as evolving modus operandi. Collaborating with additional Security and Loss Prevention support function teams, we assess the risk and develop programs to minimize potential impact. We also provide strategic, tactical, and operational programs for customers' as well as stakeholders' business needs and priorities by working closely with EMEA business leaders, support functions, and other security functions in a global framework.
