Job Title: Business Client Advisor - Corporate Bank

At our Consulting Center within the Corporate Bank, we provide efficient and holistic support to small business clients and self-employed individuals using modern technologies and digital media. We focus on developing our customers between the segments of Deutsche Bank, fostering growth and seamless transitions.

• Identifying and contacting business clients to explore digital payment solutions in physical and online stores.
• Supporting the comprehensive exploitation of the customer portfolio, identifying potential clients, and passing leads to experienced advisors.
• Providing tailored advice and sales through various digital media channels related to digital payment solutions, guiding customers through online offerings when needed.
• Utilizing new media tools effectively at your disposal.
• Developing expertise in banking products, sales processes, and digitalization continuously.

• Preferably, a background in banking.
• Prior sales experience, especially in outbound calling, and knowledge of business client products and digital payment solutions.
• Strong customer service skills, solution-oriented approach, and sales talent.
• Experience in client-oriented advisory services and exploring customer potential in collaboration with business advisors and product specialists.
• Familiarity with sales processes for business clients and related technical requirements.
• Highly motivated with a proactive and detail-oriented work style.
• Ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
